Evans must have been effervescent even in the fourth grade, when her classmates in Orange County, CA, voted her best actress. Following high school graduation, Evans spent time in Europe before joining the prestigious South Coast Repertory Conservatory.
In 1986, she took daytime by storm as Days’ Kayla and excited a loyal following of viewers when she was cast in her current role as Katherine Bell on GH in 1992.
