Steve and Kayla ring in the new year with going forward with having a baby. \"It\'s my window\" scene. Steve find out about what happend to Stephanie. Adrianne leaves Salem.
Kayla and Steve head to Ireland to tell Bo some bad news and to take Pop over to see his sister. While there, Kayla finds out she is pregnant. Steve sees an old face. On the plane ride home, the plane looses both pilots and cabin pressure. Pop gives up his oxygen for his kids. The plane crashes and everybody survives. Back in Salem, they mourn the death of Pop.
Bo is in need of a liver and Kayla helps search for one. Steve is trying to keep Stephanie and Kayla safe from an old flame as he worries about Kayla and the baby. Steve gives her a romanitc break from the hospital.
Steve and Hope are held hostage at the Vitali compound. Meanwhile Kayla is having preterm labor pains, but her and Bo decide to go get Steve and Hope.
